• Once you open the ‘User Roles’ tab it will bring you to this page here where you will be able to see existing User Roles and their Training Matrix. You will also be able to delete any User Roles that are in your system. If you want to add a new User Role, click the ‘Add New User Role’ button.







  • Clicking on the ‘Add New User Role’ button will bring you to this page. The first thing you will want to do is enter a name for your desired User Role. After you have entered the name you will want to select the required courses and additonal courses for your User Role in the distribution lists below. Its as simple as clicking the course on the selectable side and it will jump over to the selected side.




  • After you are happy with your selected courses, scroll down and you will see two more distribution lists. You will need to select the Users you want assigned to the roll and then select the permissions you would like the assigned users to have. Once you have selected your users and permissions, click ‘Save’.




  • When you click save, this pop up will show, warning you that the users assigned to the role will have their pemissions changed, if you click ‘Cancel’ it will remove the pop up from the screen. If you want to create the User role click ‘Yes’




  • By clicking Yes, it will refresh and bring you back to the original User Roles page, where you can see that the role has been added to the system.
