- Firstly, on the WISE dashboard https://wise.safetyservices.co.uk/dashboard/ you will want to navigate to the ‘Permits Admin’ tab.
- Once you’re in the ‘Permits Admin’ page you will see a list of documents, these documents consist of Risk Assessments and Method Statements. You can use the ‘Search’ bar to look for documents by location, file, and date. You can also view and remove the documents.
If you scroll down, you will see the option to ‘Add New File’. To add a new Permit, you will want to click on the ‘Add New Permit’ button.
- To Add a new file, you will want to enter a description for the file and then enter the file, you will then need to choose a site that this file will belong to. After you have filled out all the details, you will want to click ‘Upload’ and it will add the document to our system.
- To add a new Permit, you will want to pick the sites from the list you want this permit to belong to, then select a person to issue the permit to. Once you have selected a person you will then need to set a start and expiry date for the permit, after you have filled in and completed all details, you will want to click ‘Issue Permit’.
- After you click ‘Issue Permit’ it will then show the Permit in the ‘Permit List’. Once it is in the Permit List you can click ‘Send Invite’ which will send an email to the user assigned to the Permit. You can also ‘Remove’ the Permit which will remove it from the system and send the user an email saying the Permit has expired.
