• Once you’re in the ‘Toolbox Talks’ tab, the first thing you want to do is select a site at the top of the page; without selecting a site, you will not be able to click ‘Continue’ on any of the Toolbox Talks. You can search for a specific Toolbox Talk in the search bar, once you have selected your site and found your Toolbox Talk you will then press ‘Continue’.



  • When you click ‘Continue’ it will bring you to this page here where you will select your attendees from the list on the left-hand side, when you select an attendee from the left-hand side it then jumps them to the right-hand side. It is as simple as clicking on the name and they will jump back and forth. Once you have selected your attendees for the Toolbox Talk, you will then want to click ‘Save’  



  • After you have clicked ‘Save’ it will bring you to this page here which is the Toolbox Talk itself, the attendee/attendees you chose on the previous page will have to undergo this Toolbox Talk.




  • Once the attendee/attendees have completed their Toolbox Talk, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and confirm the attendance of each attendee (which will require a signature from the attendee). Once you have confirmed the attendance for everyone you can then click ‘Commit’. Which will then give you a pop up saying, ‘Work has been saved’. You will then be returned to the original Toolbox Talks screen.
