Go to the app store on your mobile device and download “Mobile WISE” or use either of the following

Login into the App using your company email address and password issued to you by your Company.
Press the 'Findings' section at the bottom of the screen and you will see the observations made during the last Inspection
Click on the observation you want to close in the list
Insert close out text, add an image from your camera (optional) and click “Resolve”
